1. Company Information

2. One-Time Purchases

All transactions made through ruckandco.com are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or auto-renewals. Your card will be billed once at the time of order placement for the total displayed at checkout.

3. Payment & Billing Descriptor

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will be billed with the descriptor ruckandco.com. This is how the charge will appear on the cardholder's billing statement.

4. Shipping

All orders ship free within the United States via USPS or comparable carrier. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days; express 2–3 business days. Processing time is 1–2 business days. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

5. Returns & Cancellations

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return for any unworn, unwashed item with original tags attached. To start a return, email contact@ruckandco.com with your order number.

To cancel an order before it ships, email contact@ruckandco.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped must follow the return process.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content — logos, photography, copy, the RUCK & CO. name and marks — is the property of NucFil, LLC and may not be reproduced without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

NucFil, LLC's liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
